FAQ's
Do you design for any other companies other than IKEA?
Unfortunately, we don't at present but watch this space as we may do in the future!
Can you recommend installers for the designs that you create for us?
Yes. Through our contacts in the industry and along with extensive research, we have carefully selected installers that we have direct contact with, who have the right experience to achieve the best possible outcome for you and model the great customer service that we expect our clients to receive.
I am interested in getting an IKEA design, however I am looking to get my doors from a third party company. Can you help with that?
Yes, we work very closely with Ren Studio who provide a beautiful range of premium looking doors for the IKEA kitchen (METOD), wardrobes (PAX) and living storage (BESTA) systems. We also work closely with So Watt who manufacture plywood doors for the IKEA kitchen system. We will work closely with them to ensure all the material required is ordered and delivered to site for you.
Do you order the IKEA material for us?
No, we don't order the material for you but we guide you through the process so your experience is pain free!
I work during the week, do you offer any evening or weekend design consultations?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer evening or weekend design consultations.
When is the best time to begin thinking about my renovation?
We tend to say that most designs usually get finalised within a few weeks, dependant on how quickly you act on confirming your choices. Delivery lead times from IKEA are typically around 1-3 weeks from order. When considering custom doors for your project, you should allow around 6-8 weeks for the manufacturing and delivery of them to site.
We would therefore recommend to give yourself approx. 4-6 weeks for non-custom door IKEA projects and 10-12 weeks for custom door IKEA projects including the initial few weeks of the design stage.
